    Although I am deeply grounded in the sea these days, a childhood spent in the forest of my childhood village in Bavaria,  I jump at any to chance to go forest bathing (a word happily acquired from the Japanese "shinrin-yoku").

    Mixing Vesuvianite in the deepest forest green, Jade, Nephrite, Dragon Vein Agates with Lemon Jade, Rose Quartz and Garnet is my attempt to create this soothing forest atmosphere. 

    I hope by wearing this "forest bathing necklace", a piece of the calming and healing forest atmosphere "jumps" over to you, reminding you of the tranquility and magic that the forest can bring to our lives.

    The necklace is designed with detachable tails to allow the wearer to customize their experience and create different looks to suit their mood and style. Each tail can be easily attached or removed from the main chain, providing a versatile and adjustable accessory. On a  more metaphorical level, each tail represents different types of luscious foliage, from the bottom crouching ferns, to  mid-height raspberry bushes, to high old tree Copper Beeches.

    Like all our pieces, it is handcrafted with love and care in our studio in Lennox Head. This eclectic limited-edition statement necklace is made from the following semi-precious stones and findings:

    • Vesuvianite from India
    • Rose Quartz from Madagascar
    • Jade and Nephrite from China
    • Lemon jade from Canada
    • Dragon Vein Agate from Brazil
    • 1/10 limited edition
    • Approximate length (laid out straight):  53cm, tails are 9cm, 13cm and 21 cm long

    The Forest Bathing with a Chance of Rose Quartz & Garnet Statement Necklacewill be beautifully gift-wrapped and ready as an exceptional gift for yourself or an unexpected gift for someone special. We to make each piece as closely as possible to the one shown in the image. However, since we are working with natural stones, each piece is a little bit different and that's just the way we like it.
